Notes displays the notes on an employee's profile.

13. Details Link: Brings you to the employee’s notes page.

 

14. ​Search Box: Free text field that allows you to search notes by entering keywords.

Filter Icon: Expands the filter menu, allowing you to filter by note type as well as date range. For each filter type, the current number of notes associated with the filter will display in parenthesis. When each filter type is clicked, only the notes associated with that filter will appear. Multiple filter types can be selected at one time.

Example: If you want to see all  "system" and  "call center" notes, select both filter types and you will see the notes associated with both types.
