The participant profile page provides personal demographic, employment (work), and contact information for an employee. Most of the information on this page is provided to Winston via a scheduled census file. The information is divided into three tabs on the participant’s profile: Personal, Work, and Contact. The employee’s Social Security Number, Employee ID, Work Status, and Employee Class will display across all three tabs, in addition to the following features and functions:

5. Advanced: Brings you back to the advanced search page, where you can search for another employee.
6. Generate Benefit Statement: Generates a Benefit Statement as of today's date. If the statement should include prior or future benefits the “As of” date can be modified at the top of the pop-up window.

7. Send Signup Email: Sends the employee a link to create a portal account using the new login schema.
Note: This is a future self-service release. Please speak with your Account Manager for further information.

8. Impersonate: Redirects you to the enrollment portal account to complete an enrollment for the employee. This function will be available from any page within participant management.
Note: You can impersonate only one employee at a time.

9. Last Census: Displays the most recent successful census load date for the employee.
