Participant - Transaction History

Transaction History includes all history related to the employee's and enroller's actions for each enrollment (i.e., starting, continuing, completing enrollments, or emailing confirmation statements etc.)
By default, the tile will be grouped by available enrollment transactions. To remove the enrollment (transaction) grouping, you can use the UNGROUPED/GROUPED toggle on the right.

The embedded transaction history table will have the following columns and can be expanded to reveal additional content.
Date - Date in which the action occurred
Time - Time in which the action occurred
Performed By - Who completed the action
Action Taken - What action was completed for that specific row for the table
Description - What action occurred
